It’s not easy to talk about, but women’s hair loss and wigs were not forever my personal obsession. My photography career was what kept me pretty busy. This applied till two years ago when I started to lose my hair because of alopecia. It was obvious that I shouldn’t permit the chance of living as the chrome-dome fashion victim by sheer dumb luck.

I thought I lost confidence, robbed of my hair. I felt like that it was out of my hands to regain fabulous fashion and the hair to match. Girl, was I ignorant. Before I got wise and bought my real human hair wig, I tried out a barrage of itchy unnatural hair weaves that made me uncomfortable. My soulmate Malcolm found me respectable, medical wig websites that carried invisible lace front wigs that would look great.

Anyhow, I hopped to it and checked it out. I uncovered a diverse world of, practical lace front wigs. Their tailored black wigs worked!

With the right hair piece, a girl in my situation would develop fearlessness when accepting her medical hair loss. Not since I was a girl did I want to parade my new summer wear. It meant a lot to me to sassily exert my confidence again on the job.

But maybe I’m getting out of hand as I ramble, however hair and fashion are essential to my career. Is it possible there’s a deeper meaning to existence than a great head of hair? Boy, it couldn’t mean much if that were so. Lace Front wigs look so good!

You would not believe what my loved ones have done for me. No one knows the truth of me and my wigs (I have two now, for different styles). Still so it goes, I’m just set to be alive. Real human hair wigs enriched life for my attitude on life.

Judgmental people could think this attitude is superficial. They’re wrong. I don’t care who you are, what creature comforts make life so practical? For me, the secret is kitchenware (haha!) and my attention-getting sense of fashion.

Embrace Fabulous Hair,

Monica Sullivan
