Chamonix Mont Blanc France is a unique place with the impressive Mont Blanc and jagged glaciers. Everyone love to go bouldering or sometimes sightseeing. I invariably get a flight from Fitzgerald and stay at a Chamonix guesthouse during my vacation.
My family and I previously stayed in Drury Inn and Suites St Louis Southwest however it rarely lived up to its marketing: This property is approximately 20 miles from Lambert St. Louis International Airport and 18 miles from downtown St. Louis. Local attractions include Crestwood Plaza, Grant’s Farm, National Museum of Transport, Magic House, Six Flags Over Mid-America, St. Louis Zoo, Fox Theatre, Forest Park, Busch Stadium, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, Historic Union Station, and St. Louis Riverboat Gambling, all within 20 miles. Hotel amenities include complimentary hot QUIKSTART breakfast including scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage and Belgian waffles, free evening beverages and snacks available daily, free local phone calls, guest laundry, exercise room, indoor/outdoor pool, and whirlpool. Guest rooms feature free long distance for one hour every night, free high-speed Internet access, microwave, refrigerator, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, coffeemakers and voicemail.
On the other hand in Chamonix Haute Savoie France the luxury catered chalet is nearly always good. Also dining in my families’ preferred restaurant, A JS Good Food Restaurant, munching hot chocolate sauce is a memorable experience. Chamonix Mont Blanc France is a large enough town to insure that there is lots for the holiday maker to do. Amongst other things it includes a beauty salon and a shopping arcade of designer boutiques, Chamonix provides a choice of skiing, alpine charm and sightseeing which barely any resorts can beat.
